1. About these terms

This website is operated by Clinical Finish LLC ("Clinical Finish", "we", "us"). By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and preorders

CF-001 is currently sold as a preorder. The product is in development and has not yet been manufactured. By placing a preorder you acknowledge that:

• Your payment is taken at the time of order.
• The stated ship date is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee.
• Product specifications described on the site, including the 1.25mm target footbed thickness, are design targets based on construction reasoning and have not yet been verified by measurement.
• If the finished product differs materially from what was described, we will notify you before production and you may cancel for a full refund.
• You may cancel at any time before your order ships, for any reason, for a full refund.

4. Product descriptions and accuracy

We try to describe our products accurately. We do not warrant that descriptions, photographs, colours, or measurements are error-free, complete, or current. Photographs and renderings are illustrative; a physical product may differ in appearance.

Where a stated measurement is a target rather than a verified figure, we say so.

5. Pricing and errors

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Prices shown at the time you place an order apply to that order.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will contact you if this happens.

6. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where quantities appear intended for resale, or where we cannot ship to your address. If we decline an order after payment, we refund in full.

7. Shipping

We ship to North America and Europe. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, though we will replace shipments lost in transit as set out in our Shipping Policy.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, and taxes levied by their own country. These are not included in the price paid at checkout.

9. Intellectual property

The Clinical Finish name, the CF mark, product designs, photographs, and site content are our property or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content systematically, or interfere with its operation.

11. Third-party services

This site runs on Shopify and uses third-party services for payment processing, email, and analytics. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where prohibited by law, the site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our products are athletic apparel. They are not protective equipment and do not prevent injury. Grip socks may reduce movement of the foot inside a boot; they do not eliminate the risk of blisters, slips, sprains, or any other injury.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom retain all statutory rights, including cancellation rights, which are not affected by these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
