Refund policy

Preorders

CF-001 is sold as a preorder. Your card is charged at the time of order and your pair is reserved from the first production run. The stated ship date is on or before 31 March 2027.

You may cancel a preorder at any time before it ships, for any reason, for a full refund. Email management@clinicalfinish.com with your order number. No explanation is required.

If we miss the stated ship date, we will contact you with a revised date. You may accept the new date or cancel for a full refund. If you do not respond within 30 days of that notice, we will cancel and refund your order automatically.

If the product changes materially from what was described, including if the measured footbed thickness comes in materially above the 1.25mm design target, we will notify you before production begins and you may cancel for a full refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of cancellation.

Returns after delivery

You may return unworn socks in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of socks that have been worn, except where the item is defective.

Defective items: if a sock arrives with a manufacturing fault, or if the silicone grip separates from the fabric under normal use within 90 days, contact us and we will replace it or refund it at your choice. We will cover return shipping.

To start a return, email management@clinicalfinish.com with your order number and, for a defect, a photograph of the issue.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, email us. We will send the correct size and provide a prepaid return label for the original pair, provided it is unworn.
